Freestanding writing desk ‘model RV 161’ designed by Wilhelm Renz in Germany in the 1960’s. Made of solid walnut and walnut veneer, with a sculpted table top border. Featuring 3 drawers with one lock and key on the left hand side and an archive cabinet on the right. The design provides an open bookshelf at the back, making it possible to use it as a freestanding piece. In very good condition with some using marks as shown in the pictures. Marked with the makers label on the inside of the hinging door.
