Freestanding sideboard, OS36, designed by Arne Vodder and produced for Sibast furniture, Denmark 1960’s. Solid rosewood and rosewood veneer cabinet. The left cabinet features two tambour doors, sliding into the side panels. The high-quality finishing of the back makes it possible to use it as a room-divider or a freestanding furniture piece. The flamed wood drawings are consistently applied. An outstanding piece in a rare condition. Carries the makers label on the inside of the tambour compartment on the right hand-side. The separate compartment on the right hand-side with the hinging door provides the possibility to display liquor bottles and other curiosa. In very good condition with only a few using marks.
