Side chair

By Stefan Wewerka

Tubular side chair designed by Stefan Wewerka for Tecta in Germany in 1982. He might have graduated in Berlin as an architect, it shows in his work that Stefan Wewerka was born from an artistic family, with his father being sculptor Rudolf  Wewerka. This ‘model B5’ is considered the first one-legged cantilever chair, it consists of a 3,30 m long pipe, which is bent in a machine and finished with a ‘Ferrari red’ leather backrest and seat. In good condition.
