‘Flip-top’ writing desk by Jens Quistgaard for Peter Løvig Nielsen. Denmark, 1960. Made of solid teak and teak veneer. Hinged top that flips down to create a larger workspace, finished with solid brass hinges. 2 handles were damaged and have been professionally restored. Retains a key for the lockable drawer and manufacturer’s stamp on the bottom. The desk is in excellent condition.
