Easy chair

By Osvaldo Borsani

This lounge Chair, ‘P40’, was designed by Osvaldo Borsani in 1955 for Tecno, Italy. This item is an early model and without a doubt an icon of 1950’s Italian design. The chair can be adjusted in over 400 positions. The back can be reclined in different angles, the flexible rubber arm rests can be folded away and the chair features a flip-out leg rest with extendable metal footrest. The brass details and red Tecno logo are present on both sides of the chair. The chair was re-upholstered in a yellow fabric. In good condition, with some wear on the armrests, as shown in the pictures.
