La Fonda chairs

4 La Fonda dining chairs designed by Charles and Ray Eames and produced by Herman Miller in the U.S. around 1960. These chairs are a slight variation to the classic la Fonda chair resulting in a lower back rest. The La Fonda chair originated in a collaboration between Charles and Ray Eames and Alexander Girard when he was designing the interior of the La Fonda Del Sol restaurant. These chairs have off-white parchment shells in fiberglass, upholstery in pastel green and a specially designed four star pedestal base. Wear visible from a previous life.
