We found this piece with another wooden sculpture from the same maker in a house on the countryside in Holland. The maker is unknown to us, but it’s a elegantly made with very smooth edges. This heavy wooden piece was sculpted out of single log. Swans are monogamous birds that stay with their partner for life, making them a symbol of love and fidelity in cultures all around the world. If you were still looking for an original Valentine’s gift, this might be it.  In very good condition.
