Sideboard
Rare sideboard, designed and produced in Belgium around 1960. An elegant teak wooden design with two sliding doors, both finished with playful door handles and one finished with ceramic tiles. The doors hide 4 drawers with contrasting wooden fronts and a teak veneer, anti-dust finishing on the inside. In very good condition, as shown in the pictures. This design has been described before as being a design by Alfred Hendrickx or by painter and furniture maker Jean Batenburg. Since it’s rare piece with little documentation available, we investigate further on its origin.
